As a member of the Order Fulfillment team, you will have the opportunity to make an impact across many functional areas of the company.
As an Order Fulfillment Analyst, you will be directly responsible for developing a suite of tools to drive business day-to-day decisions to maintain integrity on the demand control process and profitability while highlighting and presenting inventory risks along with mitigation strategies throughout all levels of management.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Manage demand control process to ensure all customers adhere to the plan to avoid under or over-consumption of live goods.
- Review supply and demand forecasts and be ready to present and explain variances to all organizational levels.
- Conduct weekly scheduled calls and relay standardized communications to sales, operations, horticulture, and other levels of management;
communications range from live goods availability, supply to demand imbalances or sales forecast projections.
- Follow up on product readiness and inventory at risk with operations.
- Produce monthly or yearly hard goods (racks and other shipping materials) projections to support the shipping team and ensure continuity of product flow.
- Follow up on sales and production trends to provide revisions as needed monthly.
- Analyze live goods sourcing deals and ensure deals are accretive to the bottom line.
- Work with sales SVP and sales directors to ensure strategic account execution on key programs.
- Support sales wherever needed to increase top-line revenue
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration is preferred, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 1 - 3 years of related work experience as an analyst is preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive a vehicle as part of job responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in PowerPoint with strong presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Desire to grow and develop professionally

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Office working environment 60%
- Outdoor exposure : 40%
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Capability to work under direct sunlight for extended periods, with appropriate sun protection measures such as sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses.
- Capable of moving around outdoor work areas, which may include uneven terrain, slopes, or other natural features.
- Eye / hand coordination, typing, handling, & wrist motion continuously
- Bending, reaching, stretching, standing, & walking occasionally
- Ability to drive a vehicle as part of job responsibilities
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Flexibility to work outside of regularly scheduled hours, when needed, for the busy season.
- Must have open availability during peak season.
- Hours may vary and weekend flexibility is a must during peak season.
- Our replenishment demands are time-sensitive finalizing orders is the priority.
