Location : Bay Area, CA.

Pay Range : $72,777 / yr - $87,683 / yr (Based on experience & qualifications).

We’re seeking an experienced Account Executive to develop client relationships, design integrated systems, and manage projects through successful completion.

This role emphasizes partnerships with colleges and universities-creating dynamic, technology-enhanced learning environments that inspire collaboration, accessibility, and innovation across campus.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Business Development : Generate and manage relationships with new and existing clients in the Bay Area.
  • Technical Design : Collaborate with customers and engineers to determine requirements, budgets, and technical specifications.
  • Contract Management : Prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements that align with project goals and budgets.
  • Coordination : Oversee installation details and logistics with the Sales Assistant, Inventory Clerk, and field teams.
  • Site Visits : Ensure contractual requirements are met and clients are satisfied throughout installation.
  • Industry Expertise : Maintain up-to-date product and system knowledge through continuous learning.
  • Client Support : Follow up post-project to confirm satisfaction and identify future opportunities.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 3-5 years of experience designing and selling AV, lighting, and control systems.
  • Strong background in technical sales and project coordination.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
  • AV industry certification or membership preferred.
  • Self-starter with a customer-first mindset and commitment to excellence.
