We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial HVAC Estimator ! Gpac, a 30+ year-old recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the Mechanical industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing estimates for various commercial projects through utilization of estimating programs and other industry tools, while ensuring a thorough scope is developed for each bid.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Read construction drawings and specifications.
- Determine total costs for projects.
- Prepare bids.
- Choose appropriate materials, verify prices, check contractors, and calculate profits on a given project.
- Utilize effective communication skills to communicate with project managers, customers, and other associates.
- Meet with contractors, builders, owners, and engineers on the jobs to bids.
- Create additions or changes on projects currently under contract as needed.
- Prepare the billing of contract jobs.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Project management : 2+ years (Preferred)
- Experience in the HVAC field (Required)
