Do you want to work for Santa Fe's premier motorcycle shop? OCD Custom Cycles and Auto Repair LLC is looking for a full-time motorcycle technician to support our growing business.
We are a family owned business servicing the Santa Fe, Albuquerque and northern New Mexico area. VERY competitive paid billable hour, paid time off, plus paid holiday, health insurance benefits, and retirement benefits.
Compensation is DOE starting at $45 / per billable hour. We offer paid vacation & holidays, 401k with matching contributions, gym membership, discounts for parts, continuing education, and health insurance premium paid after 1 year.
Job location and hours of operation :
1315 Rufina Circle, Santa Fe, NM 87507
Monday - Friday 9-6pm, Santa Fe, NM.
Models we service : BMW, Triumph, KTM, Ducati, Moto Guzzi, Suzuki, Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Aprilia, Ural and other motorcycles.
ASE certification is a plus.
Job Requirements :
- New Mexico drivers license with a motorcycle endorsement W.
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional motorcycle technical experience with references.
- Basic Computer skills.
- The ability to push a 700 lb. motorcycle and be able to lift 100 lbs.
- Ownership of complete set of tools.
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
- All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment background check
Skills / Qualifications :
- Pass a hands on skills test of oil change, tire change, and valve adjust.
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.
- Create written estimates for repair and service of motorcycles.
- The ability to follow safety guidelines both in the workshop and when out on test rides.
- Work in an alcohol and drug free environment.
