We are inviting applications for a Marketing Assistant / Analyst 3 role within the Health Insurance sector located in Woodland Hills, California, United States.
This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The job involves handling various marketing and training responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, etc.)
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Use different tools and methodologies to train the marketing team.
- Proficiency in various marketing techniques and platforms
- Demonstrable experience in marketing field
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
- Exquisite communication and people skills
- High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
- Sound knowledge of health insurance industry
- Experience in training staff or stakeholders on marketing strategies and tools
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
