Duties
- Manage high-exposure litigation cases from start to finish, working under the guidance of a supervising partner.
- Conduct thorough inspections of accident scenes, collaborating with experts to draft detailed reports and analyze aspects of liability, causation, and damages.
- Prepare for and conduct depositions, attend hearings, and effectively argue motions.
- Interview witnesses and negotiate settlements with opposing counsel.
- Perform comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and documentation.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury cases.
- Strong academic credentials and a proven track record in trial preparation and litigation.
- Excellent research and writing skills, with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
