Production Assistant

CWE is a growing leader in the Home Improvement industry and are looking for talented underutilized detail-oriented people to join our team.
As an Auditor, you play a direct role in our production and customer care department. You will partner with the Production Management, CEO, and CWE staff to establish and maintain a positive experience for our customers.
Qualifications :
Associates, Bachelor's degree, or professional experience in related field, preferably in business administration. (Associates degree preferred but not required.)
- Specialty skills regarding attention to detail.
- Personal accountability.
- Results oriented, growth oriented.
Responsibilities :
- Contract Auditing
- Contract management
- Working with suppliers and contractors on current pricing to ensure a repeatable, deliverable result
- Auditing for paperwork errors and comfortable with giving critical feedback to correct errors to ensure a positive customer journey.
- Data-entry and utilization of MATP and LATP systems to provide proper ordering and installation guidance
- Updating processes in company CRM and following systems in order to follow our promised customer journey.

Pay : $43,410.58 - $52,279.41 per year
