Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
Now accepting resumes for a Registered Behavior Technician for a school-based position located near Southborough, MA. This position is Full Time, working 32.
5 hours per week for the full school year.
Multiple openings!! As the RBT, you will be working 1 : 1 with students who may have behaviors related to autism and / or other diagnoses.
The RBT will be assigned a student in either Elementary, Middle or High school grades. We are seeking strong candidates with experience redirecting behaviors and the ability to jump right in and help in the classroom.
Qualifications :
- Experience with discrete trial teaching is a plus
- Proficient in implementing behavior plans
- Seeking previous experience in a public school setting (not required)
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Analysts or related field
- Must have a valid MA state RBT Certification (required)
