Job Title : Sr. Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
The primary responsibility for this position is to work with our mechanical engineering team in developing new solutions and supporting existing test solutions at the Wilsonville, OR site.
This position will heavily utilize development and debug skills for the development of mechanical interfaces and components used on multi-rack automated test systems.
Responsibilities include developing designs, documentation, modification, and production support. You will contribute to the success of a cross-functional team to develop solutions to production and field-testing problems.
This could include initial design prototyping and environment testing solutions. You will develop and review product designs, analyze development and design requirements, design test fixtures, cables, interconnects, and associated documentation, perform tolerance analysis, and prepare and present project / technical information to peers, internal management, and customers.
Additional tasks include enclosure structural design, thermal, vibration, and other environmental considerations, design verification, prototype build, and production transition to the factory.
You will perform assignments requiring the use and application of moderate to complex mechanical engineering principles and techniques.

Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Wilsonville, Oregon and some days remote.
Work Environment
You will excel in a team environment where you will interact with various engineering teams comprised of other mechanical engineers, mechanical drafters, electrical engineers, software engineers, and system engineers.
