DUTIES : Build and maintain relationships with Contractors and Customers. Collaborate and advocate for our customers and keep them informed throughout the project process;
Meet with clients and engineering staff to determine design concepts that fit their needs. Confer with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and
adjustments to cost estimates; Prepare and assemble estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors to communicate project cost.
- Handle the project from the first estimate all the way through subcontracts being formalized. Ensure projects are kept on schedule and follow internal policies;
- Consult with clients, vendors, engineers, personnel in other departments, and construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues;
Confirm accuracy of layout and design drawings and analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.

Requires : Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field or the equivalent based upon a valid credentials evaluation.
