Remote Reservation Specialist

JobDescription :

Weare looking for motivated individuals to join our team as RemoteReservation Specialists. In this role you will assist clients withtheir reservation needs helping them secure accommodationstransportation tours and more.

This opportunity is open toindividuals who are 18 years or older and authorized to work in theUSA Australia Mexico or Colombia.

No prior experience is requiredas comprehensive training will be provided. This independentcontractor position iscommissionbased.

KeyResponsibilities :

ClientInteraction : Engage with clients throughvarious channels including email to understand their reservationpreferences andrequirements.

ReservationCoordination : Assist clients in makingreservations for services such as accommodations transportation andtours tailored to theirneeds.

VendorLiaison : Communicate directly with vendorssuppliers and service providers to check availability negotiaterates and secure reservations on behalf ofclients.

QuoteGeneration : Provide accurate and timelyquotes for clients requested reservations ensuring transparencyregarding costs andservices.

CustomerSupport : Address client inquiries concernsand requests promptly offering solutions and guidance asneeded.

Documentation : Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactionsreservations and communications withvendors.

Training andDevelopment : Participate in trainingsessions to stay updated on industry trends reservation processesand company policies.

Requirements :

Must be 18 years orolder.

Authorized to work in the USAAustralia Mexico orColombia.

No prior experience required;training will beprovided.

Proficient in emailcommunication.

Strong written and verbalcommunication skills.

Ability to work independently andremotely.

Reliable access to a smartphone orcomputer.

Stable and highspeed WiFiconnection.
