LHH is collaborating with a reputable company in Benbrook, TX, to find a dedicated and experienced Client Account Manager for a contract to hire position.
This role offers a competitive salary of $50,000-60,000 annually. The ideal candidate must have a Group 1 Insurance / Health and Life License or working on obtaining one.
The role is focused on accounts receivable, including posting premium payments, processing cancellations / refunds and issuing renewal letters.
The position starts onsite but after fully trained, will offer a hybrid schedule.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Service and reconcile all aspects of the custom plans
- Process and post premium payments
- Reconcile all related accounts on all lines of coverage
- Run and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Process cancellations, refunds, collections, bank drafts and invoicing
- Commission tracking
- Maintain and update renewal rate tables
- Print and mail renewal letters
- Reconcile monthly payments made to insurance carriers
- Post and reconcile daily bank drafts
- Quote, consult and remit individual applications to insurance carriers

Assist with team departmental projects
Meet weekly with executive director to discuss the week’s activity
Acquire and apply industry knowledge quickly
Develop and maintain customer relations
Assist on difficult judgment calls and settle issues or complaints
Foster and maintain relationships with carrier contacts
Predict customer expectations and maintain sensitivity to issues or complaints
Fulfill other duties as assigned by the executive director of insurance services
Assist on Client Service Manager Responsibilities as needed
Attend annual convention
