What will you be doing?

The Facilities Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing Facilities maintenance duties such as : Basic electrical, basic plumbing, painting, and maintaining the facility in a safe and orderly manner.

Some of your day-to-day tasks?

• Comply with OSHA Industrial safety standards.
• Perform facility duties such as : Replacing lights and ballasts, painting, repairing facilities equipment, running new power drops for equipment moves and new equipment, and installing network cables.
• Log all work info into the preventative maintenance software system.
• Comply with All Action Target’s standard operating procedures and policies.
• Able to work without supervision to complete work efficiently, correctly, and in a timely manner.

What do you need to be able to do?

This position is very active and will require standing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing during the shift. The employee must frequently move or lift items over 50 pounds by hand or with assistance from lifting equipment.

Education and experience :

• High school diploma or Equivalent.
• Proficient with computers
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• 2 years of facilities maintenance experience
• Knowledge and experience with HVAC systems preferred
• Must pass pre-employment drug and background screening
