The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, a member of Steward Health Care System, is seeking a full-time BC / BE Gynecologic Oncologist.

The successful candidate will join an established gynecologic oncologist and contribute to the growth of a robust Division of Gynecologic Oncology.

St. Elizabeth's Medical Center serves as the tertiary site within the Steward network and is the primary site for gynecologic oncology surgical care.

Limited outreach at satellite hospitals within the network is also performed. St. Elizabeth's Medical Center is equipped to allow for performance of all advanced gynecologic oncology procedures including robotic and non-robotic-assisted minimally invasive surgery.

A strong relationship with the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute facilitates access to clinical trials within the Dana-Farber / Harvard Cancer Center, an NCI-designated comprehensive cancer center.

Medical and radiation oncology experts in gynecologic oncology will partner with the successful candidate to provide patient care in an unrivaled multidisciplinary fashion.

St. Elizabeth's Medical Center is a teaching affiliate of Tufts University School of Medicine. The gynecologic oncology service is staffed by Tufts Ob / Gyn residents.

Rotating medical students from both Tufts University and Boston University Schools of Medicine are also present. A strong interest in teaching is required and the successful candidate will be eligible for a full academic appointment.

St. Elizabeth's Medical Center is located in the Brighton neighborhood of Boston. The hospital serves a diverse patient population from the Boston area and beyond.
