HEP STUDENT ASSISTANT - FEDERAL WORK STUDY

Job Summary

The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a federal work study student in the Highschool Equivalency Program (HEP) Department.

Under the supervision of the HEP Associate Director and HEP Program Assistant, the Student Assistant will assist in day to day record keeping, maintaining, and updating files.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of any additional funding requests and its paperwork.
• Assist new students with the funding requests processes.
• Assist in updating students files if and when needed to.
• Assist maintaining storage room inventory / cleanliness.
• Assist maintaining general programs binder, paperwork, and some spreadsheets.
• Assist in programs weekly report and agenda binders.
• Complete data entry.
• Assist in printing and logging information.
• Assist and help maintain computer inventory (check in / out process).
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Migrant Programs and Services or HEP Program Assistant.

Required Qualifications

Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
