Shared Services : Information Systems, App Svcs Training and Quality (Full-Time, Day Shift) -

The Coordinator-Quality System Program supports the management and delivery of inpatient and outpatient quality programs.
Liaison between Information Systems, inpatient and outpatient Quality Departments and Decision Support. Coordination, monitoring, and status reporting of all clinical and technological components related to the demonstration of quality measures across the organization.
Performs other duties as needed.
Bachelor’s Degree required or an additional four years of experience required in lieu of degree. Minimum four years of relevant Healthcare or Information Technology experience required.
Minimum one year experience managing complex EHR implementation and optimization projects preferred. Valid Driver's License required at time of hire.
Able to read; write legibly; communicate and speak in English with professional quality; use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.
g., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Working knowledge of project management software such as MS Project, Access, and other project management tools for task tracking and team collaboration efforts.
Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure;
lead, supervise, teach, and collaborate; accept direction. Ability to deal effectively with people and elicit support from other department areas, vendors, and customers.
Excellent analytic, communication, and documentation skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to organize technical work.
Demonstrate ability to analyze and interpret data, problem-solve, make recommendations and present information in a meaningful way to multidisciplinary teams and process stakeholders.
Define problems, solutions and prioritize workload. Ability to work well under pressure, manages multiple assignments, recall information with accuracy and pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with good personal time management skills and ability to multi-task with limited oversight. Able to distinguish colors as necessary;
- hear sufficiently for general conversation in person and on the telephone, and identify and distinguish various sounds associated with the workplace;
see adequately to read computer screens, and written documents necessary to the position.
