This integrated distributionnetwork ensures that Continental Carbonic can quickly react to customers'needs. Continental Carbonic is looking for a MAINTENANCETECHNICIAN.
Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for providingsupport to achieve optimal levels of productivity, quality, and safety.
Starting Wage : / hour depending on experience. A Maintenance Exam will beadministered to determine level of pay.
High School Diploma or GED required; 2year technical degree or anyother related certifications or training is a plus Minimum of 4 years ofmaintenance experience within manufacturing environment (preferably withinextrusions or compressions environments with hydraulic / pneumatic equipment)Experience with hydraulics, screw compressors, mechanics, electrical systems andtroubleshooting PLC’s Experience with robotics a plus.
Experience withlarge ammonia refrigeration systems a plus. Must be able to lift 30pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work in tight spaces in and aroundmachinery.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen, employment historyverification, and background check. A Maintenance Skill Level Exam will beadministered to determine pay level.
