- 2years of Class A OTR driving experience within the last 3years

- No felonies in the last ten years(misdemeanours reviewed case by case)
- No DUIsin a personal vehicle in the last 10 years; only 1 in alifetime
- No DUI in a commercial vehicle orfailed / refused DOT drug / alcohol testever
- Acceptance of drivers with autorestrictions
