Applied Research Engineer

A company is looking for an Applied Research - RL & Agents professional.

Key Responsibilities

Design and iterate on next-generation AI agents for workflow automation and decision-making

Develop distributed systems and coordination frameworks for reliable agent operation

Translate customer needs into technical requirements to guide product and research priorities

Required Qualifications

Strong background in machine learning engineering, particularly in post-training and reinforcement learning

Expertise in distributed training / inference frameworks (e.g., vLLM, Ray)

Experience with deploying containerized systems at scale (Docker, Kubernetes)

Track record of research contributions in machine learning or reinforcement learning

Passion for advancing practical, agentic AI systems
