This individual will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent to our company, ensuring we continue to lead and innovate in the beauty sector.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements of the beauty industry.
  • Work closely with department managers to define job requirements, roles, and responsibilities for open positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific events.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes, perform interviews, and coordinate hiring efforts with managers responsible for making the final selection of candidates.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
  • Foster relationships with key industry players, including educational institutions, agencies, and other sources of high-quality candidates.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote our company as an employer of choice in the beauty industry.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment, compliance, and diversity hiring.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, evaluate performance, and improve recruiting efficiency.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong preference for experience in the beauty industry or related fields.
  • Excellent understanding of the beauty industry, including current trends, challenges, and key players.
  • Strong networking skills with a proven ability to develop a deep network of contacts in the beauty industry.
  • Experience with various interview formats, including video interviews and group interviews, with the ability to choose the best candidates.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and candidate management systems. Experience with ClearCompany ATS a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members at all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to finding the best talent to support our company's goals.

Salary commensurate with experience ($62,400.00 to 66,400.00)
