We are seeking a detail-oriented / dedicated Experienced Insurance Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth transition from a sales focus to a service-oriented approach, guaranteeing that all documentation is completed and our clients' coverages are comprehensive.

This position offers a base salary and additional commission and bonus opportunities. Candidates can make between $55,000 - $75,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure new policies comply with agency and Allstate standards.
  • Assist LSPs (Licensed Sales Producers) in closing new business opportunities for the office.
  • Follow up with clients on new business, collecting any additional documentation needed.
  • Stay informed on underwriting guidelines and policy information.
  • Manage home inspections, ensuring thorough communication with Allstate and clients.
  • Offer additional coverage or enhanced policy packages when necessary.

Requirement

  • Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
  • 1-3 years of experience in insurance.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to follow up with clients using various modes of communication.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
