Cardiology Technician responsibilities : Patient restraint, administering medications, IV catheter placement, and phlebotomy Assisting with echocardiograms and procedures Placing holter monitors Obtaining ECGs Non-invasive blood pressure measurement Documenting history and updates in medical records Set up CRIs and calculate medical math Provide quality, compassionate care for your patients Assist in anesthetic and sedated procedures including interventional radiology Maintain accurate treatment sheets Take radiographs and obtain and prepare various blood samples for diagnostic testing Provide client education on a wide range of at home care About you : Certified technician preferred, but will consider those with 2 years veterinary experience Team oriented Motivated self-starter Detail oriented Sound problem solving abilities Ability to communicate with clients and all members of the veterinary team Empathetic and kind approach to patient care Positive outlook Excellent organizational skills Honesty, integrity, and a desire to have fun!
