ROLE DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for a motivated Account and Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate that is hungry and willing to put in the time and effort to create a highly profitable insurance career!

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

• Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
• Provide top tier customer service

QUALIFICATIONS :

1st year - a new salesperson can expect to make $35k to $40k
