Your Role :

As a Preschool Teacher Assistant, you will play a crucial role supporting the lead preschool teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for our young learners.

Hours are 8-4 or 7 : 30-4 M-F. NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS! : )

Preschool Assistant Teacher Responsibilities :

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities for preschool students
• Help supervise children during classroom activities, playtime, and outdoor play
• Provide individualized attention and support to children as needed
• Assist with daily tasks such as meal times, nap times, and diaper changes
• Communicate regularly with parents and provide updates on their child's progress

Qualifications :

• Previous experience working with young children preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in early childhood education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
