Mission Statement :

The mission of the FBI is to protect the American People and uphold the Constitution of the United States.

Major Duties :

  • Serves as a subject matter expert on organizational culture, intersectionality (i.e., race, gender, national origin, and ethnicity) and accessibility matters.
  • Develop training tools, materials, and resources for the FBI workforce, and facilitate training sessions as part of the ODI training team.
  • Lead enterprise wide-studies, and utilize quantitative and qualitative research methods to identify gaps in demographic data as it supports the MD715 annual report.
  • Collaborate with counterparts in other federal, state, local agencies, and private, professional, or educational organizations.
  • Participate in meetings and conferences where workforce transformation operating processes / procedures are discussed and leveraged.
  • Provide in-depth strategic level responses to information requests from internal and external components.
  • Develop, validate, and standardize effective procedures and systems that significantly impact the organization and lead the way for essential changes in the agency.
  • Research current trends and demonstrate familiarity with Executive Orders relating to advancing racial equity and support for underserved communities through the Federal Government.
  • Support other strategic initiatives and needs as they arise.

Specialized Experience (SE) :

GS-14 : Applicant must possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level. SE is defined as follows :

  • Understand management theories, principles, practices, and methodologies to conduct organizational studies; and recommend solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing to define or describe complex studies or projects, to initiate and maintain liaisons, and to carry out long-range plans, projects, or studies.

back-up duties), has to be documented in detail by an immediate supervisor in order to receive full credit for amount of time worked in that position.
