EPI Power is hiring a Bilingual Craft Recruiter to provide full cycle recruitment for skilled and unskilled non-exempt (hourly) craft roles. This role will proactively source, attract, and interview candidates. To support the needs of the business, this role must be bilingual in English and Spanish (ability to read, write, and speak fluently). What Youll Do :
- Facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process for skilled and unskilled non-exempt (hourly) craft positions including writing job ads, screening resumes, conducting phone screens, and extending offers of employment
- Communicate job requirements, expectations, and company culture expectations to candidates, ensuring clarity and understanding for all parties involved, and addressing any inquiries in a professional, timely manner
- Partner with hiring managers to identify the necessary skills, knowledge, and ability for each opening and selection criteria to find a qualified candidate
- Utilize various sourcing tools to find qualified and talented candidates
- Attend career fairs, college recruiting events and other local networking opportunities near project sites to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates; occasional travel may be required to support recruitment efforts and promote company presence in key talent markets.
- Work with key stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain an efficient recruitment process including skills assessments, onboarding procedures, and first-day activities
- Track metrics related to the effectiveness of craft hiring
- Lead routine staffing meetings with hiring teams and provide insight on the candidate pool and additional sourcing methods
- Professionally represent EPI
What We're Looking For :
Experience :3+ years of experience in a recruitment role
Experience hiring non-exempt (hourly) craft workers is highly desiredConstruction or manufacturing experience is a plusSkills :Bilingual in English and Spanish is required must be fluent
Ability to build positive relationships and connect with othersExcellent interviewing and candidate sourcing skillsHigh level of initiative, drive, and professionalismExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and a high attention to detailFlexible and able to pivot to support business and hiring needsDesire to work in a collaborative, supportive, team environmentTechnology :Proficient in basic computer software including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
