Invest in us and we will invest in you.Primary Objective of Position : The primary objective of this position is two-fold - First, loading, unloading and reconciliation of job trailers efficiently, safely and accurately to ensure the high-quality delivery and return reconciliation of each.

Second - this role is the primary mechanic to test, repair and maintain all tooling and equipment in the shop (, calibrated equipment, hand tools except for welding machines.

Must possess a high degree of mechanical aptitude and repair skills as well as be able to communicate concisely, accurately and follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities / Tasks-Trailer Loading, Unloading, and Reconciliation : Load equipment, materials, and tools into company vehicles and trailers.

Manage trailer loading processes and complete checklists and reports.Ensure safe packaging, loading, and securing of shipments.

Inspect tools and equipment before loading.Perform weekly maintenance checks on trucks, tools, and equipment.Reconcile inventory after equipment returns from the field.

Tag and manage non-conforming items until repaired.-Mechanic Functions : Maintain, store, and secure tools and equipment to prevent damage.

Manage maintenance logs and perform necessary repairs.Troubleshoot vehicle and equipment issues.-Inventory / Tracking Systems : Utilize systems to track tools, materials, and equipment in real time.

Shop Safety, Organization, and Cleanliness : Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Operate machinery such as skid steers and forklifts.

Follow storage and inspection processes.-Emergent Availability : Be available for emergency projects during off-hours, as needed.

• ISO 9001 and Process Improvement : Support ISO 9001 initiatives and process improvement efforts.Participate in audits, risk assessments, and update work instructions.
