A company is looking for an HR Coordinator.Key Responsibilities : Manage Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) including issue ticketing, termination documentation, and personnel file documentationUpload and index documents into employee profiles, process Failure to Return from Leave, and respond to employee inquiriesFollow up with managers to complete CAPs, enter data into HR database, and assist with various projectsQualifications : Proven experience in HR coordination or relevant administrative roleExperience with HR databases and HRIS systemsProven success working under minimal supervisionBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or 2 years of equivalent HR experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and G-Suite products
