Who We Are Looking For :

You have a proven track record you can point to that shows you're an expert in marketing, email marketing, and e-commerce management.
You are highly proficient and understand how to hire and manage marketing channel vendors (digital ads, copywriters, graphic design, conversion optimization experts, social media ads, web developers) and track their performance while managing the overall marketing budget and refining channel strategies to focus on what's working.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the marketing budget and strategy with marketing directors guidance
- Develop and implement on-brand messaging that's industry relevant and conversion-optimized
- Vet, hire, track, and manage marketing vendors
- Expertise with Klaviyo, Salesforce
- Plan marketing campaigns with marketing director to execute across all active marketing channels
- Coordinate with sales director and inventory manager to ensure inventory is moving that needs to
- Manage e-commerce site
Requirements :
- Must have experience as a marketing manager (min 2 years)
- Klaviyo and Salesforce experience
