Physical Therapist (Full-time)
Location : Benton Physical Therapy, 235 Fairburn Ave, Benton, LA 71006
Overview :
Benton Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its growing team at a private practice outpatient clinic in Benton, LA .
This full-time position offers 40 hours per week, though candidates with a minimum of 32 hours per week will also be considered.
We are looking for a personable PT with excellent communication skills. New graduates are welcome and will receive strong mentorship.
Caseload / Patient Population :
The hired PT will treat a general orthopedic caseload in a dynamic outpatient setting, working with patients of all ages .
You will treat approximately 10-12 patients per day . Specializations and certifications are encouraged and supported.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Starting compensation around $40 per hour , depending on experience.

Work Schedule :
- Clinic Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm (No weekends, No holidays).

Job Requirements :
- Eligible for Louisiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Open to all experience levels , including new graduates.
- Mentorship and support are provided for new grad PTs.
- Dry Needling certification is preferred but not required.
- Full-time availability is required; however, candidates with 32+ hours of availability will also be considered.
