Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn product specifications, including metric and imperial measurements.
This role involves generating new business, managing accounts, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ability to think logically and work efficiently under pressure is key to success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone and email to generate new business.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet client filtration needs.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, and maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the filtration or fluid power industries.
- Mechanically inclined and a logical thinker.
- Familiarity with metric and imperial measurement systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and follow directions.
- Eager to learn through training initiatives, including quizzes and role-playing.
