Helpdesk Technician Contract Carlsbad, CA $19.00 - $21.00 / hr.

The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate / applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s / applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Helpdesk Technician in Carlsbad, CA.

Skills & Requirements

• 2-3 years of Help Desk Experience in an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of MS Active Directory, Windows, Outlook, PC imaging and deployment technologies, etc.
• Knowledge of Desktop components.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting Mac / PC software, Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office, networking, telephony, antivirus, and off-the-shelf applications.
• Experience in a healthcare and / or health-related environment is desirable.
• Technology certifications including A+, Network+, and Security+, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or Help Desk Institute (HDI) (preferred)
