Harrison Gray Search has partnered with a fast-growing, reputable insurance brokerage seeking a hybrid Commercial Account Executive.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insurance solutions that align with their business objectives and risk management needs.
Responsibilities :
- Client Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized service.
- Consultative Selling : Conduct thorough insurance needs assessments for clients, analyze risk exposures, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Proposal Preparation : Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals and quotes to clients, outlining coverage options, terms, and pricing.
- Negotiation : Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers to secure competitive pricing and favorable coverage terms for clients.
- Account Growth : Drive revenue growth by cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients and expanding client accounts.
- Client Advocacy : Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Market Knowledge : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and solutions to clients.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including underwriters, customer service representatives, and claims specialists, to deliver seamless service to clients.
- Reporting : Prepare regular reports and updates on account status, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements :
- Proven success as an Account Executive or similar role within the insurance industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and client retention.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, including Property, Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Professional Liability.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and close deals.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding client service and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Active insurance producer license required.
