We are seeking an Outpatient Registrar to join a reputable healthcare consulting organization located in downtown Chicago!

Daily Responsibilities :
Handling inbound calls from patients to register for office visits, verifying patient demographics, verifying insurances in EPIC and over the phone, working through financial clearance tasks.
Can expect a higher volume of phone calls as this team does not interact face to face with patients.
- Utilizing EPIC for data
- Capturing demographics
- Verifying insurances
- Providing a high level of customer service.
Schedule : 1st Shift : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM; Hybrid schedule (one week onsite / remote rotation)

- 1 Year of previous registration experience
- STRONG reliability and communication skills
