Hansen Talent Group is hiring a System Support Administrator to work with a large enterprise in Nashville, TN. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 2-3 days / week onsite after a 3 month onsite training period.
What you'll do :
- Provide system / production support and monitoring for applications, batch cycles, releases, projects, implementations, installations, etc.
- Participate in work sessions for system support and problem resolution.
Required Skills and Abilities :
- Experience with Mainframe tools and Job Scheduling.
- Comprehends data storage techniques, basic database philosophy, database management, and simple programming techniques.
- Good understanding of the requirements for maintaining production systems and the effect of program changes.
- Understands how to use structured techniques in new program development.
- Good understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Pays attention to detail.
