Senior IT Systems Analyst CAD / PLM R29864

This is an in-office role either in Orlando Florida, or Appleton Wisconsin

We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join our Digital Technology Team, focusing on engineering systems. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing engineering capabilities and efficiency through continuous analysis and improvement of our CAD / PLM systems.

This position is crucial in evaluating opportunities related to CAD / PLM and process effectiveness, developing plans for current and future system needs, and advising leadership on computer training requirements.

YOUR IMPACT :

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

Continuously analyze and improve CAD / PLM systems to enhance engineering capabilities and efficiency.

Evaluate opportunities related to CAD / PLM and process effectiveness.

Develop strategic plans for current and future system needs, including software application upgrades.

Advise leadership on necessary computer training needs for the engineering team.

Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of CAD / PLM systems.

Monitor and ensure the security, integrity, and performance of engineering systems.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for CAD / PLM systems.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CAD / PLM systems.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Five (5) or more years of experience in Software Development, information Technology, Design engineering, or in a related area.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS :

Ability to provide technical support and leadership.

Experience with specific CAD / PLM tools and software applications.

Experience with Teamcenter and / or NX.

Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.

Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
