About the Role
iCapital is looking for a Client Delivery Specialist Associate to join the Data Solutions team. This role will set up & maintain the financial software applications we utilize, assist clients with issues, work on special projects, & help with ad-hoc tasks associated with building an innovative company.
This role is a mix of finance & technology.
Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Data Aggregation tools : Analyze & explain portfolio performance resultsConduct account level reconciliation, including research & resolution of all breaks, cancels, & correctsPerform analysis of private equity & hedge fund statements for input into the systemWork with clients & partners to resolve data issues
- Develop & strengthen client relationships : Client onboardingClient account setup & trainingDay-to-day support & issue management
- Software maintenance & setup : System setup & configurationNew client setupNew financial account & asset set-up & classificationData feed management Create custom reports based on client-specific needsLiaise with the vendor partners for enhancements, & system & data issues
- Work as part of a team to prioritize individual & communal work to ensure all projects are completed on time & to detailed specifications.
- Establish operational effectiveness through the development & adoption of policies, procedures, & controls.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a related field
- Bachelor's degree from an undergraduate program
- Excellent customer service skills & the ability to foster & maintain effective relationships
- Strong understanding of financial instruments
- Experience with RIA / Wealth management policies, procedures, & client service
- Experience working with wirehouses or custodians
- Proactively assess & act upon client & company needs
- Organized & self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines
- Highly attentive to detail & accuracy while maintaining an organized approach to duties & responsibilities
- Comfortable with technology, software tools, & applications : Able to learn new software quicklyExperience with Addepar, Black Diamond, Axys, APX, Orion, Archway, Solovis, Masttro, or similar wealth management platformsExperience with planning tools such as eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or similar softwareStrong MS Excel & PowerPoint skillsBasic knowledge of database concepts, & any type of programmingWorking knowledge of Photoshop, HTML design, and / or similar tools
- Knowledge of various financial products & indices, particularly : Liquid investments such as Equities, Bonds, ETFs, Mutual Funds, SMA / UMAAlternative investmentsPerformance reporting calculations & methodologiesPortfolio management & rebalancingHow Family Offices, RIAs, investment advisors work
- Critical thinker, that possesses strong problem-solving skills & is able to summarize information clearly & concisely, both written & verbal

Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $150,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
