Healthcare Specialist
We are looking for a medical experienced individual to aid in the care and direction of patients at our Prescott Interventional Pain Management office .
This individual has the opportunity to be cross trained on assisting with rooming patients as well as reception duties to widen skill set and better assist our dynamic team.
This position is perfect for a healthcare professional who is reliable, hard-working, outgoing, and has patient care and wellness as their top priority!
Responsibilities
- Documenting basic medical history
- Updating and filing medical records and insurance reports
- Assisting during medical examinations and procedures
- Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms and medical instruments
- Check In / Check Out
Qualifications
- Knowledge of general medical office systems and procedures
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
- Social perceptiveness and empathy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in EMR and Google email
