Responsibilities : Your Role :
Your Role :
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing accounts within a designated territory.
This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their waste and recycling management needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
You will work independently and collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Build and maintain a successful sales funnel. Seek opportunities with prospect accounts related to our waste and recycling solutions
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase waste management services and solutions
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure new business and renew existing contracts
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth
Work closely with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using Salesforce
Qualifications :
What We’re Looking For :
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the waste management or related industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decision
Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
Regular travel within the designated district is required
