- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our talented, diverse & international marketing team to help scale our growing 1 : 1 advertiser support program for SMB (Small-medium business) advertisers.
As the Regional Ads Lead, you will :
- Own the program's performance and goals for the assigned region, collaborating with Program Managers and Program Leads to optimize the program's success by understanding regional needs and influencing key aspects.
- Drive lead generation for 1 : 1 support within the region, integrating the offerings into regional Stores sales activations, and providing necessary training, reporting, and issue resolution support.
- Partner with regional marketing managers to incorporate 1 : 1 support into scaled marketing campaigns, and support regional events and initiatives related to the program.
- Serve as the key point of contact for the vendor, conducting periodic performance reviews, and providing ongoing support and guidance to the vendor and their staff.
- Utilize customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
- Utilize systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, and reporting for demand generation.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200 / year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
