Pay : $100,000 - $150,000 + / - base salary, plus commissions, with benefits.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY :
Seeking an experienced Defense Industry Account professional for this exciting and NEW full-time on-site, hybrid or completely remote role US Sales Manager located in Brea, CA.
The Senior Account Manager will actively pursue sales opportunities and manage current accounts with US Military Customers.
This role involves directly managing large volume sales and overseeing the performance of up to three in-office and traveling sales representatives.
Seeking former US Military veterans with military program office procurement or program management experience within the Special Operations Commands (Navy, Marine and Army especially) and similar Program Executive Offices (PEOs), such as PEO Soldier.
Responsibilities include :
- Meeting with Military Program Office staff
- Collaborating with other industry partners
- Initiating business development opportunities
- Setting and monitoring sales targets
- Providing professional support to the sales team
- Supporting and monitoring our network of dealers and distributors
- Recruiting new dealers and distributors
- Product demonstration and development
- Presenting proposals and quotes
- Closing sales
- Conducting post-delivery follow-ups
BACKGROUND PROFILE :
- Recent experience working in a major US Military Program Office / PEO in procurement and / or as a military program manager for the acquisition or testing of new technology.
- Military Veterans with a successful tour working at Program Executive Office (PEO), such as SOF Acquisition Technology and Logistic offices, PEO Soldier or similar PEOs.
- Ability to travel up to 50% 60% of the time, including overnight travel
- Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
