Salary : $26-$40 / hour Depending on Experience
At TRS Group, we want to leave this world better than we found it. We are doing our part by developing and implementing technologies that can safely, quickly, and efficiently clean contaminates from the earth.
We are growing, and in search of some great teammates to be boots on the ground in implementing our technologies at our project sites.
In this role you will work alongside other dedicated employee-owners to build the necessary infrastructure, set up and run our equipment, and demobilize our project sites after project completion.
This job will require significant travel and manual labor. This role will require a variety of skills including construction, mechanical, equipment operation, water treatment, piping, plumbing, and electrical.
The ability to read and understand engineering drawings, understand data, think strategically, work with a team, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing are critical skills.
The ideal candidate will :
- Have experience in the construction industry, preferably in the environmental realm.
- Be mechanically inclined.
- Have OSHA certifications. 40-hour HAZWOPER and annual refreshers will be a requirement of continued employment. (TRS will provide training).
- Be physically capable of being on your feet for long periods, and work in all types of weather. Annual Hazmat physicals will be required (scheduled and paid for by the company).
- Be an effective communicator verbally and in writing. You must know your way around a computer and MS Office tools.
- Have the ability / passion to travel. Travel is a key part of this position.
