Here's what you'll do :
- Become a whiz at event planning & webinars (coordinating speakers, managing logistics, creating reports)
- Process and fulfill certification orders, ensuring smooth delivery
- Support member companies with their learning & development needs
- Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels
You're a perfect fit if you have :
- 2+ years of administrative experience with a knack for efficiency
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and data entry skills
- A love of learning and a passion for helping others grow
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite & database management (Fonteva a plus)
Bonus points for :
- Experience with Salesforce
- A positive attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
