KRD Wealth Management LLC, a fee-based and independent financial planning firm, is seeking a qualified Financial Planner Associate to join our team.

This role is critical in supporting our advisors with financial reporting, planning, and client services. We seek a professional with high ethical standards and a strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.

This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with advisors to support all operational aspects of advisory and planning activities.

Assist in gathering and analyzing client data.

Prepare comprehensive financial plans using Money Guide Pro.

Administer risk tolerance questionnaires with clients.

Support new business development and client onboarding processes.

Address client issues and provide solutions.

Maintain and organize client files, complete new account paperwork, and generate reports.

Update and manage client information within the CRM system.

Communicate with clients regarding various operational tasks related to financial planning and investment advisory services.

Knowledge and Skills :

Proficient in using Fidelity Wealthscape, Schwab Advisor Center, and Money Guide Pro. (Required)

Strong computer skills, with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong time management and organizational abilities; capable of working independently.

Ability to quickly learn and utilize industry tools, including financial planning software, analytical tools, and custodian platforms.

Education and Experience :

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, financial planning, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Foundational understanding of RIA operations and financial products, such as mutual funds, equities, bonds, insurance, and managed accounts.
