Position : AI / ML Engineer (GenAI and .Net / Java addon is a plus )
Location : 100% Remote
Duration : 12+ Months Contract
Manager notes :
For Sr AI / ML engineer position we would want to pursue candidates who has a balance of programming ("primarily .Net", Java addon is a plus) and some AI / ML experience.
Looking for someone who has experience building AI agents using SDK's, we have picked semantic kernel as our primary SDK for building AI agents so candidate who has experience working with it is a plus.
I have updated requirements below accordingly, if you can share some candidate profiles next week we can work on setting up interviews.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience using ML to solve problems in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision (CV), multimodal RT processing, and / or - other AI domains
- 3+ years of experience in one of the programming languages, such as : .Net, Java (.net primarily preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in one of the scripting languages, such as : Python, R, or SQL.
- 3+ years of developing machine learning applications
- 3+ years of experience in developing Responsible AI metrics, best practices, and / or solutions
- 3+ years of solid ML and RL research and developing experience
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn
- Experience with building AI agents and integrating them into applications
Preferred Qualifications :
Master's or
PhD in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field with focus on NLP and / or GenAI
- Experience working with semantic kernel SDK is a plus
- Proven solid technical and scientific knowledge about generative AI
- Experience with Advanced Deep Learning, applied math and statistics
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs and / or improving pre-train LLM's performance
