That's how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employe The Sr Program Manager supports the Broadband group by providing senior-level business support, including complex budgets, compliance, and day-to-day management of the department business processes and quality standards to meet regulatory and Broadband requirements.

May manage the development and implementation process of Broadband products and / or services. Coordinates effectively with departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products.

This is a hybrid position required to be working in-office at least 3 days a week.Responsibilities : Develops project plans and schedules and provides budget oversight for the business group.

Leads kick-off, requirements and spec reviews, and other program meetings.Develops and implements process controls ensuring department compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

Acts as a liaison between Management and vendor / partners on development, deployment initiatives as needed.Creates and manages project teams and cross-functional teams supplying advanced statistical and status reporting on completed programs to major stakeholders (internal and external).

Works with other program managers and management to identify and address cross-project dependences.Brings changes and suggestions from each program and sub-program to help improve and develop best practices.

Manages change within the programs and evaluates risks and assesses potential impacts on program delivery.Also responsible for other Duties / Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Sales or related field; or combination of equivalent experience and education.

Advanced degree a4 years in organizational programs, project management or related area within a technology environment2 years supervisory or program management experience in a wireless industry preferredProject Management (Waterfall, Agile)Project Management tools (e.

g., Asana, Aha!, JIRA) preferredBe able to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyGood communication skills to all levels of technical expertiseStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProject Management Professional (PMP) and / or comparable Agile Management Certification preferredAt least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United States Base Pay Range : $83,500 - $150,700 Corporate Bonus Target : 15%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role.

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role.

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
