Overview

This role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day tasks necessary for ensuring the timely distribution of fixtures and supplies needed for POG resets and Company Initiatives through DC’s, Fulfillment or Direct to Store.

Responsibilities include follow up with merchants, vendors, and stores on distribution details and issues. Manage and maintain spreadsheets and provide accurate reports on project progression and completion.

Job Details

  • Create, Manage and Maintain spreadsheets and START Tasks to track fixture distribution 25%
  • Partner with vendors and DCs to ensure timely delivery and receipt of fixtures 20%
  • Create and manage store lists for distribution based on project criteria 20%
  • Enter POs in both IP and Coupa 15%
  • Partner with merchants to understand and clarify fixture criteria and needs for project 10%
  • Communicate project status and updates with management and buying teams on an on-going basis 5%
  • Special projects as assigned 5%

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects
  • of varying priorities and produce timely and accurate data
  • Customer driven with a strong commitment to customer service
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred. Minimum 2-4 years relevant work experience as a coordinator with emphasis on high project volume in related field.
