As a privately held company with a strong foundation, we are seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and development.

Position Summary :

The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for driving top-line revenue growth by building and managing a high-performance sales pipeline from lead generation through award. This leader will unify and optimize sales strategies across the company's four divisions while expanding brand presence and executing strategic growth initiatives. The Director will report to the CEO and work closely with the Director of Engineering. As a key member of the Executive Team, the Director will help lead the company's effort to grow revenue from $150 million to $225 million by fostering a solutions-oriented culture, building strategic relationships, and delivering customer-centric value across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy and Execution

• Lead and oversee the full sales funnel from lead generation through customer award across four divisions.
• Manage a national team of outside sales representatives, ensuring alignment with company strategy and division-level needs.
• Collaborate with shared services to automate and streamline sales processes, including effective utilization of CRM systems for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Standardize the sales process across business units while preserving flexibility to tailor solutions for individual customers.
• Partner with divisional engineering and plant teams to deliver value-added technical solutions and support accurate quoting.
• Work with engineering and purchasing to build and maintain strong relationships with external tool and die makers, finishing vendors, and assembly subcontractors.
• Oversee the quoting function, including management of cost estimators and administrative support staff.
