Traveling Construction Estimator

We're seeking an experienced Estimator who is passionate about construction, excels in cost analysis, and is ready to travel between Seattle and Hawaii for exciting projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial, multi-family, mixed-use, and single-family residential construction.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word), and construction management software.
• Strong knowledge of building processes, cost analysis for litigation, and experience as an expert witness.
• Coordinate and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources across multiple states.
• Interpret project scope, detail callouts, and job plans; generate contracts / agreements (AIA, etc.).
• Compute costs, including tax and markup calculations, and prepare detailed job estimates.
• Excellent networking, communication, and sales-oriented skills; efficient and good-natured team member.

Salary : $145,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
