ServiceNow Developer Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of new software solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write high-quality code and ensure best practices in software development and architecture.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay current with ServiceNow features, technologies, and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications :
- Over 5 years of experience as a Lead ServiceNow Developer.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist.
- Extensive knowledge of IT service delivery and architecture within the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful ServiceNow solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
